The Masters course is the ultimate connection between the two coveted worlds of hairstyling, the art of cutting and the craft of color and highlights.
We will learn the secrets of the profession, classic and advanced techniques, and deepen our knowledge in all aspects of salon management.
The course includes 23 lessons divided into 13 lessons in the field of hair styling and hair extensions, 9 lessons in the field of color, highlighting and straightening, and a lesson in salon management which is exclusive to the Masters course, in addition to a digital booklet containing the most important professional content in our field, also exclusive to the Masters course.

The course begins by focusing on the field of hair styling, which includes 13 lessons in which we will learn the art of cutting and the techniques that have gained popularity over the years, throughout the various periods, and which continue to accompany us in modern times.
The basics of every haircut and its conversion and development are taught in this course.
We will learn basic and advanced techniques, from the classic foundations in the Classic Bob lesson, the contemporary lines in the Wolfcut lesson, and the sophisticated style in the Carre Plongeant lesson.
We will begin with a Tools Introduction lesson in which we provide a presentation and practical instruction for the most important tools we work with every day in the salon. We will continue with cutting styles and techniques, and end with an Extensions lesson in which we will learn how to add hair extensions using the wet method, the safest method with the finest results.
We will then continue to the world of color, which includes 9 lessons in which we will learn to speak the language of color, the craft of mixing it, the art of applying it, and of course, the weaving of highlights. We will start with the basics and progress to advanced techniques.
We will begin with an Introduction lesson in which will introduce the world of creative color, which began 300 years ago when Isaac Newton built the color wheel for humanity, which is also the basis for us hair stylists. We will move on to the Technicolor lesson in which we will learn techniques for weaving and applying color on diagonals, as well as the Highlights Techniques lesson, which focuses on techniques for weaving highlights. When we are well equipped with the necessary knowledge, we will move on to the lessons that teach contemporary and classic highlighting techniques, in the Traditional Highlights lesson, which focuses on classic thin weaving, the Balayage lesson, and the Ripple Highlights lesson, which teaches changing dimensions. We will finish with a Straightening lesson in which we will learn to perform organic straightening using the cotton swab method, which is the method with the best and safest results.
We will conclude the course with the Salon Management lesson, which is designed to give you a new and updated managerial and business perspective on the salon and work environment, whether you are a beginner, experienced hair stylist, or salon owner. This lesson will provide you with the theoretical and practical tools for managing the salon, and will sharpen your perception and the way you conduct yourself with your team, clients, and suppliers, which are the parameters that directly impact on the financial side of the salon.
After delving deeper into those parameters and examining them from a new perspective, we will be able to learn how to implement the “service chain” in the most correct and authentic way for the client, define the multi-layered relationship with our team, from professional development, expectations and goals to personal rewards, talk about the power of social media, and open a financial perspective with the aim of managing finances in the best and most efficient way.
