Registration procedure for courses on the website
Registration for courses will be done by creating a user account. After registration and payment, customers will receive and/or define and/or register a personal username and password, through which they will receive exclusive access to the course content.
By registering on the website for courses, you agree to keep your password confidential, and you confirm that: (1) your account is personal; (2) you will be solely responsible for any action or use made of your account; (3) you will not allow anyone else to access your account; (4) you will not download to your computer and/or distribute and/or transfer to anyone else by any means the content and information displayed in your account.
Payment for registration for courses on the site will be made using a credit card belonging to the registrant or any other payment method that appears on the payment page.

Provision of services
The course content will be displayed on the website pages, in the user account, after purchase, by logging in with a username and password.
The viewing permission for content purchased by the user on the site is for a period of up to 12 months from the date of purchase (hereinafter: the “Base Period”). After the end of the Base Period, the viewing permission will be automatically revoked.
Notwithstanding the above, the user may purchase from Shahar Malka Academic an additional right to view content, beyond the base period (hereinafter: “Additional Viewing Permission”), under the same username and password, by paying a monthly subscription fee in accordance with the Shahar Malka Academic price list, as updated from time to time. The right to view additional content, as stated above, will be automatically renewed each month until the user notifies the cancellation of the monthly subscription.
It is clarified that the cancellation notice of the monthly subscription fee will be made in writing only and at the end of the calendar month for the following month. It will not be possible to cancel the subscription before this date.
Viewing the course content will be possible using a username and password on three of the following digital devices: smart TV, laptop, mobile phone, tablet/iPad, with it being clarified that the content is adapted for owners of Android and Apple devices.
We recommend downloading the content and watching it using your mobile phone or laptop, as these devices can be watched from anywhere and at any time, and can even be connected to devices such as: TV and tablet/iPad via HDMI cable or wireless device connection 🛜
The content of the site and the lessons presented therein are translated into English, Arabic and Russian (in addition to Hebrew) with the exception of the digital booklet which is presented in Hebrew only. The site reserves the right to make any changes to the content, information, and translation languages at its discretion, including discontinuing all or part of the translation, with or without prior notice. If you wish to reserve the right to cancel a transaction – you are requested not to purchase the course and not to receive the password to view the course materials.
The above is subject to the provisions for canceling a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
It is clarified that the provisions of sections 1-2 above do not apply to the purchase of additional viewing authorization – which can be canceled in accordance with the provisions of section 3 in the chapter on the provision of services.
